Finalist Videos

This page in intended for finalists only.

If you are a finalist for a YNOT Cam Award, then please submit a short 5 to 10 second video of you that we can play during the show.  This video will be used while your award category is being announced and your name is read, giving you additional exposure to the audience at the Avalon, as well as to the fans, performers and industry executives watching the live feed around the world.

This should be a simple video, so just one of you smiling or waving or blowing a kiss or striking a pose, whatever you feel comfortable doing for the short duration.

If we do not receive a video of you then we’ll have to use a still image instead, which will not look as good.

Please keep in mind the following important details:

1. No nudity please, due to policies at the host venue.
2. If using a cell phone to record, please video in LANDSCAPE mode and NOT in PORTRAIT mode.  This ensures the video fully fills the big screen.
3. Please make sure the video is at least 5 seconds long, so we can give our hosts enough time to read off your name.
4. Preferred format is MP4, but we can handle most video formats.
5. For large files, you can use wetransfer.com to send them, to make sure they arrive properly.

Please email these videos to Connor (or Jay even), you should have Connor’s email at least from previous communications.  If you do not have either, please contact us via the website form to get it.
