Quick Q&A with Wes Myers:

When did you start performing, and what got you interested in starting?
I became a cam performer about four years ago. At first, it was just something I liked to do because I liked showing off. So I would just sit there and play with myself. It wasn’t until about 2 years ago I started to take things a bit more serious. I realized that there’s a whole community out there, and everyone is very supportive and very welcoming. I’m going to jerk off anyways, why not make some money at the same time.
What do you find most enjoyable about your work?
What I love most about it is the viewers. Without them, my shows would be non-existent. I love interacting with the fans and just having normal conversations. I have met some pretty amazing people while camming, and they’re people that I talk to on a regular basis. Talking to the viewers is my favorite part about doing any cam show, even better than cumming! Another thing that I love, is the community. It takes a special type of person to do what we do, and I love getting to meet everyone at the different conventions and trade shows. It really does seem like one big family.
When you’re not performing, what kinds of things do you enjoy doing?
I love going to the movies and seeing what new films are coming out. Especially horror movies. I love curling up on the couch during a nice thunder storm and watching a good slasher. I also like hanging out with friends and traveling. 4 years ago I went on my first backpacking trip to Peru and ever since then, I have had the travel bug.
Why did you choose your primary cam network or clips platform?
CAM4 was the very first cam site that I discovered, and at the time I thought it was the only one available. Throughout the years I learned the platform and built a name for myself. I use to cam under a different name, it wasn’t until about a year ago where I changed my name to Wes Myers. One of the main features that I love about CAM4 is that you can broadcast from your phone. It’s helpful when you want to do those sneaky outdoor shows.
Do you have any messages or statement for your fans who are voting for you?
For everyone that is voting, I would like to say thank you! I never would’ve thought in a million years that I would be nominated for a Webcam Award in LA. This is absolutely a dream come true, and winning this award would mean everything to me. It has always been a dream of mine to live in LA, but receiving an award there would be SO much better.
